On October 12, at the invitation of Tunku Abdul Rahman University,Malaysia(UTAR), our school organized more than 400 students toattendthe online lecture of "The Journey of a Corporate Trainer" held by UTAR Malaysia through online video conferences.
The lecture was presided over by Men Huihua, Director of the International Affairs Office, and Chen Xianfeng, Director of the Student Affairs Office, attended the lecture.
In the lecture, Mr. Karl LaRowe, an international speaker, combined his 25 years of speech and corporate training experience, using methods such as mindfulness, stress reduction and positive psychology, focusing on how to cultivate the skills and abilities of students as speakers and trainers, brought anaudio-visual feast to our students.The successful holding of this online lecture not only promoted the academic exchanges between the teachers and students of the two universities, but also stimulated the academic enthusiasm of the students who were eager to explore, which not only broadened the knowledge horizons of the students, but also enabled them to have a deeper understanding and thinking about corporate trainers.
In 2021, our school establisheda friendly cooperative relationship with the Tunku Abdul Rahman University,Malaysia. This lecture has not only deepened the cooperation and mutual trust between the two sides, but also played an important role in establishing a normalized communication and exchange mechanism.
