From December 9 to 11, our college delegation headed by Vice president Zhang Zhaoming was invited to visit North Coast Institute of TAFE in New South Wales, Australia. By making an on-the-scene investigation and communication, we both reach a consensus on credits recognition, student exchanges and faculty training.
On the morning of December 10, the delegation visited Norca Milk Dairy Factory arranged by the North Coast Institute of TAFE. The factory technicians introduced the raw materials, production flow, quality control and product sales in detail .
In the afternoon, the delegation held talks with international business managers and heads of relevant functional departments of the North Coast Institute of TAFE and conducted extensive exchanges and discussions on cooperative school running modes, teacher exchanges, student exchange programs, professional cooperation and mutual recognition of credits. After a successful negotiation, President Zhang, SDAEU, and Regan Harding, Vice President of North Coast Institute of TAFE, represented each of schools and signed the memorandum of cooperation. Afterwards, he visited some tteaching site including tourism, cooking, construction, vehicle maintenance, and teacher training.
On December 11, the delegation visited Australian Education and Training Association and conducted extensive exchanges with Australian Councilor Chen Feibi on Australian policies and regulations of higher education, education system, faculty construction and education features.
