On the morning of June 11th, Xu Yong, Head of the International Cooperation Office of Dongduk Women’s University, Kim A-kyun, Director of China Affairs, Park Ki-cheon, Director of International Education and Business Research Institute of Pyeongtaek University, and Zhang Meng, Director of International Affairs, visit our school. Tang Xin, Dean of the School of International Exchange and Cooperation, and the other relevant directors of the School of Economics and Management, the School of Accounting, and School of Humanities also attended the symposium.
At the meeting,Dean Tang Xinfirst welcomed the visits of the delegation of the Dongduk Women’s University and Pingze University, and introduced the history, teaching and research, professional characteristics and foreign exchange and cooperation of SDAEU. Director Zhang Meng also briefly introduced the basic conditions of Dongduk Women’s University, the campus environment, the advantages of majors, and the scholarship system. Afterwards, the two sides exchanged views on the joint training programs between the two universities, such as mutual recognition of credits, exchange of students, professional docking, “3+2 upgrading” and “2+2 double degree”, and reached an intent to cooperate. The symposium formulated a specific cooperation direction between the two parties and laid a solid foundation for the full cooperation of the two universities in the future. Dean Tang Xin and Dean Xu Yong represented the international exchange and cooperation departments of the two universities respectively, signed a cooperation agreement between the two schools, and expressed their confidence in the cooperation and exchanges between the two parties in the future, and they look forward to jointly opening a new chapter in international cooperation.
