On October 18, our university organized all teachers and students to watch the grand opening of the 19th National People's Congress at the first time. Party committees of our school promptly issued the Opinions of CPC Committee of Shandong Agricultural and Engineering University on Earnestly Studying, Publicizing and Implementing the 19th CPC National Congress Spirit, and Party Secretary Li Yunxiang proclaimed the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress with school-wide. The members of the CPC committees publicized the spirit of the 19th National Congress with each Party branch. SDAEU has also set up a special column on studying, publicizing and implementing the spirit of the 19 19th National Congress. All primary party organizations carried out various activities, deepened their studying, publicizing and implementing of the spirit, promoted all teachers and students to understand and practise the spirit, set off a wave of learning, publicizing and implementing the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress in the entire school.
